Storing of raw material:

Raw material like sand, coarse aggregate and fine aggregate are stored in open space while cement and fly ash are stored in silos.

Mixing of raw material as per mix design in pan mixer:

For require design of comc. Different proportion of raw material is taken from storage and placed in batching plant where it will mixed in homogeneity.

Addition of water, fly ash and admixture simultaneously:

All material is mixed in pan mixer and immediately poured into transist mixer for delivery to desired site/location.

Transist mixer pour the mix in pump at site and pumped through pipeline to desired place:

After reaching to site transist mixture will pour the mix in pump,simultaneously pump will pump the material through pipeline to desired palce.

Final product is placed at site and left for customer for vibration and leveling:

All mix is poured on site through pump pipeline at desired place and left for customer for final vibration and leveling.
